I placed my order, what next?
After your order reaches our system without any problems, an e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address that you used to create a membership on our site, stating the details of your order. Our customer representatives will prepare and ship your products in order to deliver your order to you as soon as possible without any problems. After receiving your order, it will be shipped within 2 (two) working days at the latest. When your product is delivered to the cargo company, an e-mail will be sent to you again and you will be informed about the cargo. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report with the cargo company. Do not forget that you have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty after the product is received.

Return Information

Every product you buy is under WIMJO COSMETIC warranty.

You can return the product you have purchased within seven (7) days from the delivery date without opening/destroying//breaking the packaging and without using the product as you received it. Return the product with the product invoice, a petition containing your order number or a return form.

Open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the company representative from whom you received them. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report with the cargo company. Do not forget that you have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty after the product is received.

The return of products that have been opened, used, destroyed, etc., will not be accepted.

The customer is obliged to return the product in the condition it was delivered to him, and in case of use, to compensate the loss in the commercial value of the goods due to use.

If the customer returns the product or withdraws from the purchase, the product price will be refunded within ten (10) days from the time the returned product reaches Us. The product return fee to the credit card is made by your bank between 2-6 weeks. During this period, our company does not have any savings.

In cases where it detects any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use and other conditions in the product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned as it was when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be returned and the price will not be refunded.

For malfunctions that may occur after the product reaches the customer, authorized services of the manufacturer should be consulted.

The shipping fee will be paid by the customer for the products returned in accordance with the above conditions.

Transfer refunds will be made within 2 working days, Credit Card refunds will be made within 3 working days. Your bank may reflect the refund on your credit card account on the same day. In this situation you need to call the credit-card services of your bank. After the "Cancelled" warning appears about your order, the entire amount is returned to your credit card or to your bank to which you made the transfer. Refunds made in installment sales are reflected to your credit card as a plus balance every month by your bank.
